City Storage Systems LLC stands accused of marketing, advertising, and selling virtual restaurants on popular food delivery platforms, such as UberEats, Grubhub, Seamless, and Postmates, across the United States, including New York. The core allegation revolves around systematically misleading marketing tactics, wherein the defendant misrepresents the true origin of the food showcased on these platforms.
