Adrian Gucovschi

Mr. Gucovschi is the founder and managing partner of Gucovschi Law, PLLC. Upon graduating from Fordham Law School with cum laude honors, Mr. Gucovschi began his career litigating billion-dollar claims against the financial institutions that caused the 2008 financial crisis.
Known for his sharp analytical and advocacy skills, Mr. Gucovschi founded Gucovschi Law, PLLC with a single purpose: applying his high-stakes litigation skills to give a voice to the thousands of consumers and securities investors who are routinely abused by corporations which continue to believe that they are “too big to fail or too powerful to be stopped”.
Mr. Gucovschi received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and Associate of Arts (Judaic Studies), from Yeshiva University in NYC.

Benjamin A. Rozenshteyn’s experience spans from litigation and dispute resolution to business law. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Rozenshteyn worked at various law firms with a focus on international business law. Mr. Rozenshteyn spent months in Moscow, Russia immersing in Russian jurisprudence and generating contacts in the legal field. He helped form and advised numerous companies seeking to establish a foothold on the US market.
Mr. Rozenshteyn’s passion for law combined with his accoladed business experience helps give our clients the competitive advantage they need: whether that involves putting a deal together or protecting their interests when it falls apart. Mr. Rozenshteyn is a member of the New York City Bar as well as the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts – New York.

Nathaniel has experience prosecuting and defending cases involving fraud, business, real estate, insurance coverage, defamation and personal injury.
He has prevailed in cases where the amount sought exceeded $10,000,000.00. He also advised multinational businesses regarding litigation strategy. Additionally, for years, Nathaniel represented insurance carriers in complex contractual disputes related to the interpretation of insurance policies. As a result, he has extensive experience analyzing and interpreting a wide range of insurance policies - experience that helps in almost any case.
He has litigating cases both in federal court
and the complex division of Miami and Broward county. Because of his considerable experience defending and prosecuting fraud cases, he is skilled in both identifying fraud and countering it.
Nathaniel obtained his law degree from the University of Florida, where he was an editor on the Florida Journal of Law and Technology. While in law school, he also clerked at an international public interest law firm which litigated cases in US federal court against foreign governments and terrorist organizations on behalf of individuals victimized by terrorist attacks.
In 2020, he was recognized as a rising star by Super Lawyers, an honor afforded to no more than 2.5% eligible attorneys in Florida.
