GR Firm is proud to announce that we prevailed on a class action motion to dismiss (MTD) against Walgreens, which is the biggest supplier of the defective lidocaine patches at issue in the case.We are pleased with the outcome as we seek to protect consumers nationwide from large corporations’ deceptive business practices.This is the first MTD opinion and order from one of five similar cases which GR Firm has filed in New York and California Federal Courts.Stevens v.
